Job Description for IFS World – Processing SpecialistPosition Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Processing Specialist (Immigration) to manage end- to-end processing. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, liaising with immigration authorities and legal representatives, and ensuring seamless execution of visa and immigration processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication and client servicing skills, and demonstrate accuracy, accountability, and professionalism in a deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end client processing post immigration advisory, ensuring accurate and timely execution.- Guide clients on documentation and procedural requirements for their selected immigration or investment programs.- Serve as the primary client interface, providing regular updates and addressing queries throughout the process.- Review client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration regulations.- Liaise with immigration authorities, projects, and legal representatives for case coordination and updates.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.- Stay updated on immigration policies, program changes, and compliance requirements through continuous research.- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality standards.- Support management in operational and processing projects as required.Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.- 2 - 4 years of experience in client servicing or mid-office operations with strong customer interface skills.- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new processes in a fast-paced environment.- High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining quality standards under pressure.- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.Preferred Skills:- Prior experience in Immigration by Investment, Insurance Wealth Management or any Financial Services company- Knowledge of visa processing (skill-based or investment-based).- Experience in coordination with Embassies, Consulates, or AMCs.Why Join IFS World:- High-growth career path in a, fastest-scaling Global Capability Company.- Market-leading compensation structure: Attractive fixed salary + performance bonuses (Fixed and Variable both ) + milestone incentives- Opportunity to align with preferred verticals (Wealth, Immigration, Alternatives, Real Estate, Global Structuring)- Comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development programs- Flexible work culture: Monday–Friday | 2 working Saturdays/month | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM- Progressive leave policy- Health insurance, travel reimbursements,- Growth and Career advancement :Be part of a pioneering, entrepreneurial team redefining the Financial services Industry.
