This is a pivotal role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.About the Role:This role will involve working closely with regional teams to ensure seamless application processing and smooth transition of potential students to the enrollment phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date application pipelines, collaborating with sales teams to address potential issues, and providing CRM/refresher training to new joiners or agents as needed.Main Responsibilities:Maintain healthy application pipelines by ensuring timely updates and accuracy of applicant information.Collaborate with Business Development teams to discuss application status and pipeline progression.Work closely with Sales teams to facilitate smooth transition of potential students to enrollment phase.Provide assistance to Business Development Teams in releasing offers, interview links, and addressing delays from Admission/Visa teams.Offer CRM/refresher training to new joiners or agents as required.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
