Job Responsibilities –

Search Marketing Responsibilities (SEM/SEO):

  • Campaign Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.
  • SEO Optimization:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tags, link building, and content optimization.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Generate insights and recommend strategies to enhance search engine performance.
  • Technical SEO:
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure website technical SEO best practices are followed.
  • Manage site audits, resolve errors, and improve site speed.

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Creation:
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create organic content calendars and plan regular posting schedules.
  • Audience Engagement:
  • Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and leverage them to increase brand visibility.
  • Content Strategy:
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives, videos, and posts.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, goals, and target audience preferences.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track key performance metrics, including engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, and conversions.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other dashboards to analyze performance and refine strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, content writers, developers, and marketing managers) to align campaigns with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across campaigns.
  • A/B test ads and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.
