We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven International Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team.Role Overview:The International Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and managing business opportunities in the US logistics sector. This role involves developing client relationships, identifying shipping and freight needs, providing tailored logistics solutions, and driving revenue growth through inside sales activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of US logistics and freight forwarding, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within international logistics and freight forwarding markets.Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, and supply chain decision-makers.Provide logistics solutions including ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and trucking services.Prepare and present competitive quotes, proposals, and service offerings to potential clients.Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth service execution.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM tools.Stay updated with industry trends, trade regulations, and competitive landscape in US logistics.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.What We Offer:Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives/commissions.Opportunity for career growth in the logistics industry.Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundAbility to commute/relocate:Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Language:English (Required)Location:Gurugram, Haryana (Preferred)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)Work Location: In person
