Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in conceptualizing visual ideas and translating them into engaging presentations using Canva. You will collaborate with various teams to create compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.


Responsibilities
  • Idea Conceptualization: Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that align with project objectives.


  • Presentation Design: Create visually appealing presentations in Canva, ensuring clarity, engagement, and adherence to brand guidelines.


  • Visual Storytelling: Transform complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals that tell a story and enhance understanding.


  • Graphic Creation: Design graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.


  • Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.


  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of deliverables.


  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Location: Faridabad


Requirements and Skills
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

  • Creativity: Exceptional creative skills with the ability to generate original ideas and concepts.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, including typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in creating infographics and social media graphics.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools for creating animated presentations.
