Job Description:Solution Architect Role:Qualification At least 10 years of work in the definition of requirements and enhancements of business processesDegree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information SystemsWide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business processes.Knowledge of telecom industry, relevant technical architecture, and industry standardsExperience in leading teams in cross-domain Retail or Telecom systems. Experience working on Amdocs is a plus.Proven experience in defining customer requirements and solutions and project implementation.Lead the solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle (Business development, Presale, Scoping, Design, Development, and Ongoing operations).Lead the solution design and documentation throughout the project lifecycle and be accountable for solution integrity.Having knowledge of ordering and billing domain specifically in Retail consumer business is an advantage.Gain insight into the customer's environment, challenges, and opportunities to propose areas where Amdocs products and solutions can add value.Maintain deep knowledge of industry and technology trends, standards, and competition to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics.Share and communicate end-to-end solutions (orally and in writing) to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources clearly and concisely that is in the vernacular of each group.Design a cost-effective solution that maximizes value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget, timelines, local market, and meeting customer requirements.Guide various product experts about the solution.Create and support POC and demos and present solutions.Provide ongoing feedback to product management for delivery of best practices.Azure cloud Engineer knowledge and Certification will be advantageousExperience with Application Servers ( Tomcat, WebLogic, IIS )Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript and bashExperience with SQL Server administrationCreative problem-solver and strong systems skillsExperience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy Power BiKnowledge of ETL tools (i.e. Informatica power center, SSAS, Talend) and techniques Experience with automation/configuration management using either Jenkins , Ansible or an equivalentAdvantage - On-Prem to cloud data migration experience.Must have knowledge and experience in:Business RequirementsRequirement GatheringKafkaMicroservice ArchitectureDate Driven Vs Event Driven ArchitectureAgile MethodologyGood to have:JiraOperationsMaintenanceBitbucketJenkinsCloud deployment (Azure preferred)DockerKubernetesSQL Server Automation Node-Red. MicroStrategy - Reporting ModuleLocation - BanagloreWeekly Hours:40Time Type:RegularLocation:Bengaluru, IndiaIt is the policy of AT&T to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
