Position: CloudSense Developer

Our client is a leader in delivering cutting-edge solutions within the telecommunications industry, providing innovative platforms and services that enable seamless B2B operations. As a CloudSense Developer, you’ll be joining a team dedicated to optimizing our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Order Management processes to better serve our clients and enhance operational efficiency.

Role Summary

The CloudSense Developer will be responsible for translating functional designs into precise technical specifications, leveraging CloudSense's B2B CPQ platform and order management capabilities. In this role, you’ll be integral in implementing solutions that enhance our telecommunications ordering and fulfillment journeys. This includes building and deploying robust solutions within the development and testing environments, as well as supporting various testing phases to ensure quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Development & Configuration
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, utilizing CloudSense out-of-the-box features to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Perform hands-on code builds and configuration to customize and optimize CloudSense solutions based on business requirements.
  • Implement CloudSense solutions that enhance CPQ and order management processes within the telecommunications environment.
  • Ensure alignment with CloudSense architecture best practices and maintain a high standard of code quality.
  • Deployment & Environment Management
  • Oversee the deployment of developed code into development and testing environments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct system integration and deployment activities to align with internal processes and Telco industry standards.
  • Testing Support & Bug Resolution
  • Support SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and BRT (Business Readiness Testing) phases to identify and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot and perform bug fixes in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaboration & Documentation
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and functional teams to ensure the CloudSense configuration meets the functional requirements.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and any customizations applied to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • CloudSense Development Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CloudSense B2B CPQ platform development and order management solutions. For the Lead Role , minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Telecommunications Order Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of telco order management systems and CPQ capabilities specific to the telecommunications sector.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Telecom B2B Ordering & Fulfillment Insight: Knowledge of B2B ordering and fulfillment journeys in telecommunications, particularly around CloudSense applications.
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and common practices.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of fixed-line connectivity products (e.g., Ethernet, VPN, Optical Fiber connectivity), and other telco-specific offerings.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
