By focusing on digitization, cost-cutting, and energy optimization, Lenze helps customers optimize the lifecycle and efficiency of their machine systems.Role Description· Designation – Sr. System Test Engineer· Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechatronics / MSc Electronics, Electrical· Experience: 6-10 years· Location: Pune. No Travel to sites involvedSkills & Technologies:Mandatory skills:· PLC Programming in Ladder/Structured Text/Function blocks.· Configuring and commissioning Servo Drives, VFDs & Inverters.· Experienced in Motion Control Programming in PLC for servo drives.· Experience in Robotic (Drive Groups, Multi-Axes) programming in PLC.· Design and Commissioning experience for Machine automation and turnkey projects, (including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) / Site Acceptance Test (SAT)).· Hands On with one or more Fieldbus technologies (like Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EthernetPowerLINK, CAN, PROFIBUS, ControlNET, DeviceNET).· Configuring of PLC Backplane IOs and Remote IOs on Fieldbus.Desirable skills:· Electrical Wiring Design for Control panels.· Experience in Manual testing.Role and Responsibilities:· Design and execute tests on complete automation system.· Test motion, robotics related Function blocks in PLC code, before release to market.· Analyze requirements, design PLC programs, write and execute system tests.· Follow required test processes as defined by Lead/Manager.Behaviors:· Good team player· Open to learn new technologies· Agile in nature· Self-motivated and proactiveInterested candidates are requested to email resumes on human-resources.in@lenze.comMore company information visit https://www.lenze.com/en-in/
