About the RoleThe Director of Human Resource Services and Analytics will lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives across the organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive operational excellence in HR administration and payroll while also driving strategic leadership in people data, analytics, and process transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end management of HR administration and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Design, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation.Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Directors to resolve complex employee and manager inquiries and provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters.People Data, Reporting, and AnalyticsDevelop and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across systems and reports.Create dashboards and standardized reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers to inform strategic planning and drive business outcomes.Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven strategic planning initiatives to advance the organization's people analytics capabilities.Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and analytics.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in an international setting.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive business results.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with HR information systems and data analytics tools.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact on the organization's success.About UsWe are a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
