Industry: Import and Export
Overview: We are hiring a Manager (Legal Affairs) to lead legal and compliance functions for a pioneering initiative under the Ministry of Cooperation. The role involves ensuring adherence to legal standards, managing corporate regulatory matters, overseeing global arbitration, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Legal & Compliance: Develop compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory adherence.
Corporate Regulatory: Advise on governance, handle corporate filings, and liaise with authorities.
Trade Regulations: Draft and manage contracts, resolve trade disputes, and ensure trade compliance.
Global Arbitration: Manage arbitration cases, prepare legal documents, and collaborate with external counsel.
Company Secretary: Maintain statutory records, organize meetings, and draft resolutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Law (LLB); LLM/CS preferred.
7-10 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
Expertise in international trade regulations, corporate governance, and arbitration.
Offer Details: Salary: ₹18-24 LPA
