Job Title: HR & Payroll Executive
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Bonanza Group)
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Specialist/Executive with up to 4 years of experience to join our growing startup within Bonanza Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and a proven ability to manage HR software systems like Zoho People. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure smooth operations across all HR functions, from employee onboarding to payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Software Management: Set up, configure, and manage Zoho People or similar HR software for smooth HR operations.
- HR Policy Drafting: Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies that align with business objectives.
- Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Recruitment & Candidate Search: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.
- Employee Onboarding & Joining Experience: Handle employee onboarding and ensure a seamless joining experience, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in HR software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations, such as attendance management, leave tracking, and employee queries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years in HR operations, preferably in startups or fast-growing companies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho People or similar HR software; strong command of payroll systems.
- HR Expertise: Hands-on experience in payroll, policy drafting, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve employee-related queries and operational issues.
