Role Title: eGRC Consultant - eGRC platform (E.g :SAI 360 BWise / MetricStream / Archer ).Core Skills: SQL : 3+ yrs of exp Java/VUE JavaScript: 1+ yrs of expGRC Skills: 3+ yrs of GRC product experience - SAI 360 BWise / MetricStream / Archer Job Description & ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ConfigurationAnalyse business requirements and translate them into robust configurations or customizations within the eGRC platform (e.g., SAI360 BWise).Develop forms, dashboards, workflows and automation scripts as needed.Technical Expertise & DeliveryDevelop GRC Solutions with minimal supervision.Prepare and maintain solution documentation, configuration logs, and user guides.Maintain a high standard of quality and adhere to established technical and security standards.Collaboration & SupportWork closely with business analysts, end users, and process owners to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and propose solutions.Coordinate with developers, QA analysts, and other IT functions to ensure cohesive and effective end-to-end solution delivery.Participate in testing support, defect triage, and provide post-deployment troubleshooting and user support.Review incidents & requests raised by eGRC users and ensure resolution within defined SLA.
