Period. 💯Your Key ResponsibilitiesBuild End-to-End Applications That Delight UsersCollaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional, elegant interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Implement robust backend services using Node.js, connecting seamlessly with PostgreSQL and other databases.Design and maintain APIs and microservices that power fast and reliable user experiences.Ensure visual consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and browsers.Architect and Integrate Complete SystemsDevelop scalable full stack systems where frontend, backend, and data layers connect harmoniously.Design clean RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between components.Implement modular, reusable code and follow best practices for system scalability, reliability, and performance.Deploy and manage applications on Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is a plus).Code Quality and Problem SolvingWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern development practices.Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, ensuring production stability and scalability.Review peers’ code and contribute to improving the overall development standards of the team.Testing and Quality Assurance Built Into Your WorkImplement unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend components.Write automated tests for every issue or new feature to prevent regressions.Maintain high test coverage across frontend and backend components.Use frameworks like Playwright, Jest, Mocha, or Cypress for unit and integration testing.Treat testing as a core part of development, not an afterthought.Optimize for Speed, Performance, and SEOContinuously improve web performance through lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and SSR.Identify and address performance bottlenecks such as render-blocking resources, large asset sizes, and inefficient code.Monitor performance with tools like Lighthouse and Google PageSpeed Insights.Apply SEO best practices: semantic HTML, structured data, meta tags, and crawlable architectures.Collaborate with SEO specialists to integrate SEO strategies into front-end development processes.Collaborate Across TeamsWork closely with product managers, AI engineers, and designers to deliver production-ready features.Contribute ideas for improving workflows, architecture, and overall system reliability.Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Develop with Browser IndependenceAbility to write cross-browser compatible code and address browser-specific issues and inconsistencies.Experience with browser testing tools and techniques to ensure compatibility across major browsers and versions.Make Your Applications Fly at Maximum SpeedOptimize code and assets to ensure fast load times and smooth performance.Use techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and minification to reduce load times.Employ caching strategies and CDN integration to enhance speed.Your Required QualificationsWhat you bring to the table:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.6–10 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.Solid experience with Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL (or equivalent relational databases).Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, Git, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.Strong understanding of browser compatibility and responsive design principles.Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of your work.Passion for innovation and curiosity for how AI can reshape the fashion industry.Experience with Shopify Apps (Big Plus)Ideally, you have hands-on experience developing with Shopify’s Polaris framework and integrating external APIs.Ideally you would also have:Experience with Strapi, Nginx, or similar backend frameworks.Exposure to AI-powered applications or experience integrating with AI APIs.Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps principles.Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.What We Offer🎨 REINVENT FASHION: Your ideas will shape what fashion looks like in the AI era.
