SuccessFactors Consultant OpportunityAbout the JobA global IT services company seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to support a key client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of Recruiting / Career Portal and Onboarding 2.0 modules, configuring recruitment workflows and onboarding processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules.Configure job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, job posting, and integration with the career portal.Set up compliance forms, notifications, role-based permissions, and task workflows for new-hire data capture and onboarding.Manage integration between Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience working exclusively with SAP SuccessFactors — specifically in RCM (Recruiting / Career Portal) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).Proven track record of full-cycle implementations of RCM + Onboarding modules.Strong understanding of HR/recruitment business processes, including job posting, candidate lifecycle, hiring workflows, and new-hire onboarding.
