We are committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and high-quality financial services tailored to the Australian market.Key Responsibilities:Prepare individual, partnership, trust, and company tax returnsPrepare BAS, IAS, payroll tax, and other statutory reportsReview financial statements and identify tax implicationsMaintain accurate workpapers and documentation supporting tax positionsStay up-to-date with ATO rulings, legislative changes, and compliance deadlinesIdentify and assess Division 7A exposure in private company structuresPrepare and manage Division 7A loan agreements, including minimum yearly repaymentsPrepare annual FBT returns and calculate FBT liabilitiesCalculate capital gains and losses for individuals, trusts, and companiesReview transactions involving shares, property, crypto, business assets, and restructures
