Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources? 🌟 We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Thane for a 6-month internship


What You’ll Do:

HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.

Employee Engagement: Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Learning & Development: Contribute to the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.

HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.


What We’re Looking For:

Education: Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Attitude: A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude with a passion for learning and growth.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and HR software/tools.
