Business Development ManagerA business development manager's key responsibility is to seek a deep understanding of customers from various industry segments, including small, medium, large, and public sectors.The primary goal is to present the company's overall solution to customers while providing guidance, training, and support during initial interactions and proof-of-concept stages. The objective is to drive customer engagement through contractual agreements and contribute to the company's revenue goals.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact during sales qualification stages and furthering customer relationships through onboarding stages.Solution Design: Liaison with the pre-sales team to develop an optimal solution that aligns with customer pain points. Coordinate with the pre-sales team to execute Proof of Concept (POC)/Trials within agreed-upon timelines and ROI objectives.Customer Adoption: Support CSM teams by providing market intelligence and insights to drive product adoption and usage aligned with evolving customer goals. Collaborate with CSM teams in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.Customer Engagement: Foster engagement and build customer loyalty through regular check-ins, updates on new features, and sharing best practices and industry insights.Customer Advocacy: Represent customer needs and interests within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives during sales qualification steps.Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and customer needs through attending workshops and events.
