We encourage candidates to read through the job description carefully before applying.We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to perform quality reviews for all departments, ensuring adherence to our quality standards.The ideal candidate will conduct training sessions for employees, focusing on process refresher and new hire orientations.Ongoing coaching and support will be provided to employees to enhance their understanding and execution of quality standards.The Quality Assurance Specialist will identify training needs based on process review findings and collaborate with management to address skill gaps.A key responsibility will be to develop and implement training materials and SOPs to ensure consistency in quality assurance practices across departments.The successful candidate will analyze findings from process reviews, creating reports that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.Recommendations for preventive and corrective actions will be made to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.This includes making recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors, as well as tracking business unit responses to identified issues.Escalating unresolved issues to senior management and working collaboratively to resolve them will also be an important aspect of this role.Quality assurance audits will cover both voice and non-voice processes related to US mortgagee operations, requiring excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, is essential.
