Job Description:


  • Ensuring efficient financial operations including timely month and year end close processes for all entities of Onsurity
  • Ensuring that due diligence readiness across all the entities of Onsurity and ensure clean diligence report
  • Continually reviewing work practices and procedures for optimizing operational efficiency and mentor team members
  • Ensuring that a robust risk and compliance management system is effectively embedded and operated within the business
  • Analyzing financial data and ensuring high fidelity reporting
  • Providing inputs and recommendations to members of the executive management team for tactical and strategic business planning
  • Financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Take responsibility for assigning work streams. Monitors and manage workload and resolve overloads
  • Work closely with the business teams and actively participate in providing solutions from finance PoV
  • Establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with all stakeholders including peers, senior management and external partners


Requirement:


  • Certification as a Chartered Accountant.
  • Relevant experience of 7+ years
  • Work location is Vaishanavi Tech Park, Sarapur Road (WFO)
