We are seeking a seasoned Transport and IP/MPLS expert to join our team in delivering top-notch solutions for telecom customers.This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in designing and implementing IP/MPLS and transport networks, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with Sales and Solution Architects to design bespoke IP/MPLS and transport solutions tailored to the specific needs of our telecom clients.Provide technical input and support for proposal preparation, including solution designs and bill-of-materials (BOM).Participate in customer calls to explain complex architectures and address technical queries, showcasing expertise in end-to-end telco network understanding.Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate design details and network requirements, ensuring alignment with telco standards and customer expectations.Offer technical guidance to deployment teams during implementation and migration phases, guaranteeing services meet telco-grade performance and reliability.Review high-level designs (HLDs) and low-level designs (LLDs) to ensure solutions align with telco policies and customer expectations.Assist in troubleshooting complex issues across IP/MPLS and transport layers during delivery, leveraging expertise in multi-vendor platforms.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience working in telecom or service provider networks.Deep knowledge of IP/MPLS, including L2/L3 VPNs, Segment Routing, QoS, and Traffic Engineering.Expertise in routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, LDP, RSVP-TE.Good understanding of Transport technologies like DWDM, OTN, Ethernet transport.Experience working with multi-vendor platforms such as Cisco ASR/ISR, Juniper MX/PTX, Nokia SR, Huawei NE.Preferred CertificationsCCNP/CCIE (SP), JNCIP/JNCIE, Nokia NRS II, MEF certifications.
