Financial Operations ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers, and reconciling customer accounts to resolve discrepancies.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Reconciliation, and GST & other Compliance regulations. They should also possess excellent communication and time management skills.Responsibilities include:Oversight of the invoicing process and timely collection of payments from customers.Monitoring customer accounts and aging reports, following up on overdue invoices.Reconciling customer accounts to resolve discrepancies.Managing cash application and ensuring payments are correctly allocated.Additionally, the Financial Operations Expert will be responsible for:Processing and verifying supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.Managing AP aging reports and ensuring prompt payments within agreed credit terms.Responding to vendor inquiries and addressing any payment-related issues.This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. If you have experience working in SAP, Oracle, Zoho Systems, Excel, or other MS office tools, we encourage you to apply.A key qualification for this position is a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
