Senior Test Automation Specialist

Software Quality Assurance ProfessionalWe are seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance professional to join our team.This role is ideal for an individual with solid experience in test automation within CI/CD environments, preferably with a background in financial products, indexing, or market data.Main Responsibilities:Create and maintain automated and manual test cases covering APIs, frontend, and system components.Develop, automate, and execute functional tests for REST APIs using Postman/Newman and end-to-end tests for frontend components using Cypress or Selenium.Document and track test cases, bugs, and QA activities efficiently.Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing manually as needed.Deliver clear QA reports providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Review and provide feedback on user manuals and documentation.Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria and improve QA processes.About the Role:This position involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for quality assurance.Requirements:Proven experience in test automation and software quality assurance.Strong knowledge of programming languages and software development methodologies.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
