This role blendsMarketing, Business Development, and Operations, ideal for someone who can coordinate, communicate, and drive execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly performance reportsCoordinate between Production, Quality, NPD, Dispatch, and Marketing teamsManage customer communication, follow-ups, call scheduling & status reportingSupport in outbound sales coordination , LinkedIn and email outreachAssist management during review meetings and ensure follow-through on action itemsSkills & Competencies RequiredAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards preferred)Strong communication skills in English (written + verbal)Confident in customer interaction and professional follow-upsAbility to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between teams smoothlyGood presentation and documentation abilityWhat You Will GainDirect exposure to top managementCross-functional knowledge across Marketing, Operations & Supply ChainA fast-paced, growth-oriented work environmentOpportunity to learn manufacturing, planning, and execution end-to-end
