Job Title: Business Intelligence AnalystAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business requirements for creating risk reporting for business and risk teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop foundational skills in understanding the fundamentals of Wex, its products and portfoliosDeepen understanding of data infrastructure and analytical tools to conduct risk analysisPartner with the WEX analytical community to ensure data availability to meet use cases and reporting requirementsCollaborate with commercial engagement team, LOBs and risk functions to identify KPI/KRIsLeverage SQL and Python to query existing data and run analysis on Wex data and modelsDevelop dashboard and packaged reporting for delivery to key stakeholdersMonitor KPI/KRI universe and set standards for reportingPair reporting with business activities to provide context and meaning in order to drive actionable outcomesWork with Senior Analysts to support constant reporting requirements for regulators and other internal stakeholdersPrepare reporting for management with strategic recommendations and action plans that have been created in collaboration with LOB and risk stakeholdersAutomate reporting using Tableau and other toolsRequired Skills and Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience2+ years analytics experience (business intelligence, data visualization, portfolio analytics etc.) with proven track record of using quantitative analysis to impact key business or product decisionsWorking knowledge of data visualization tools such as TableauBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and develop your skills in business intelligence and data analysis.About Us:We are a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
