Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, creating seamless user experiences, and contributing to CUR8's mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions. Graphic design experience is a significant plus, as this role also involves creating visually compelling assets for web and mobile platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  • Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and workflows.
  • UI Design: Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency with CUR8’s branding.
  • UX Optimization: Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience by analyzing user feedback and improving design elements.
  • Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain design guidelines and component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Graphic Design (Optional): Create graphic assets such as icons, banners, and illustrations to complement the user interface and enhance branding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and a smooth user experience.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the product.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating best practices into your work.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
  • Experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools) is a strong plus.
  • Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience in creating design systems and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
