If you’re obsessed with creating rare, trend-defining designs that blend streetwear, culture, and storytelling, this is your playground.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 • Conceptualise & Design Apparel and Accessories: Create unique, trend-driven designs for limited-edition apparel and accessories from ideation to final execution, ensuring alignment with DROPZ’s bold brand identity. • Conduct Trend Research & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of global and local fashion and accessory trends, streetwear culture, material innovations, and emerging design techniques. • Sketch & Digital Rendering: Produce detailed hand-drawn and digital illustrations for apparel and accessories, capturing silhouettes, patterns, embellishments, and hardware details. • Develop Technical Specifications & Tech Packs: Prepare comprehensive tech packs outlining fabric/material details, colorways, measurements, construction techniques, and stitching guidelines. • Oversee Sample & Prototype Development: Work closely with manufacturers to create prototypes, ensuring proper fit, construction, and detailing for both apparel and accessories. • Quality Control & Final Approvals: Conduct thorough reviews of samples and prototypes, ensuring every piece meets DROPZ’s functional, aesthetic, and quality standards before production. • Collaborate on Lookbooks & Campaigns: Assist in styling and conceptualizing photoshoots for marketing campaigns and product drops, bringing the DROPZ vision to life.𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲 • You’re a creator who thinks like a storyteller, obsessed with aesthetics, form, function, and cultural relevance. • You live at the intersection of streetwear, fashion, and collectibility, with a passion for designing pieces that feel rare and iconic. • You’re proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Rhino, Blender, or other 3D/concept rendering tools. • You understand garment construction, pattern making, production techniques, and basic materials science, balancing aesthetics with manufacturability. • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced creative environments, with experience from college projects, internships, or freelance gigs. • You’re excited to build a brand that shifts culture and creates “grail” pieces that resonate with collectors and trendsetters. • Bonus: You design with scarcity in mind, crafting apparel and accessories that feel like exclusive, must-have items from the moment they drop.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 • A chance to design for India’s first true limited-edition platform, with creative freedom to shape culturally impactful apparel and accessories. • Mentorship and feedback from creative leads who are passionate about craft and innovation. • The opportunity to be part of a movement that redefines fashion and accessories as storytelling, with real cultural impact.
