Project Manager PositionKLDiscovery, a leading provider of electronic discovery and data recovery services, seeks an experienced project manager to oversee the execution of eDiscovery projects.The position is responsible for managing the overall client experience, effectively coordinating schedules, scope, and costs while maintaining high-quality standards and achieving client goals and project success.Work arrangements include remote work opportunities.Working hours are Monday through Friday 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (1 hour break).The successful candidate will meet with clients to determine project requirements, consult on best practices and workflow, and submit requirements into the workflow system in preparation for client delivery. They will also track internal progress to ensure timely completion.Additional responsibilities include managing client expectations, advocating internally for their needs, and communicating project updates to the client, delivering on all promises, and ensuring client satisfaction.A Day in the LifeCollaborate with the internal team and Corporate Business Systems team to plan and implement project initiatives consistent with industry best practices and standards.Gather project requirements from various stakeholders and communicate action items or requests to Operations, Management, Development, and Corporate Business Systems teams.Assist in planning testing and data migration efforts with the Corporate Business Systems team.Manage Shared Services' expectations by providing regular detailed status updates and reporting.Deliver proactive communication with various teams and serve as a point of escalation when inquiries or issues arise.Consolidate project requirements and requests to applicable teams or departmental systems and clarify priorities with Corporate Business Systems and Dev teams before implementation.Track progress internally to ensure timely completion and budget management.Serve as an advocate to champion the team's needs internally to ensure project scope and expectations are understood and deadlines met.Provide regular progress updates on action items during recurring project meetings.Identify, address, and document new internal processes to gain efficiencies or improve 'Order to Cash' effectiveness.Communicate clear and concise work instructions and requirements internally to Operations.Provide guidance, instruction, and work direction for active projects to Shared Services' teams as required.Work with Corporate Business Systems team to demonstrate and present project requirements to existing and prospective implementation partners.On-site office visits may be required.Maintain a general understanding of the industry and trends, as well as a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and technologies.Obtain a working knowledge of all operating and business systems.Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of Shared Services' client deliverables based on new initiatives and process changes.Work with clients to establish best practices that meet their needs and address prioritization issues as they arise.What You Bring to the RoleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Deep understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support industry principles.Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.Excellent client relationship skills, including proactive management of client expectations, recognition of client needs, and adaptation of company capabilities to meet client requirements.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Minimum two years' experience in project management, consulting, litigation support, or paralegal roles within top-tier law firms, consulting practices, or vendors.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.Driving Career Growth, Benefit Excellence: The KLDiscovery AdvantageAt KLDiscovery, we prioritize employee wellbeing and invest in our employees and their families.
