We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Project Manager to manage and deliver high-quality e-commerce projects.We require someone who has experience in managing BigCommerce or Shopify projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, deployment, and post-launch optimization. Strong understanding of the Shopify/BigCommerce ecosystem, including setup, theme customization, and integrations, is necessary.The ideal candidate will have led multiple e-commerce implementations specifically on BigCommerce or Shopify, working closely with developers, clients, and stakeholders to create high-quality e-commerce experiences.This role involves:Managing the full lifecycle of BigCommerce/Shopify projects, from requirements gathering and sprint planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.Serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all e-commerce project deliverables.Collaborating with developers and designers to deliver custom storefronts, APIs, and integrations.Overseeing migration projects to BigCommerce or Shopify from platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, or custom systems.Ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.Identifying and implementing BigCommerce/Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.Monitoring QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches.Providing proactive communication to clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.Driving continuous improvement in project processes, especially for e-commerce delivery workflows.To succeed in this role, you must possess:At least 2+ years of proven experience as an E-commerce Project Manager, with mandatory experience managing BigCommerce or Shopify projects.A strong understanding of BigCommerce and/or Shopify platform architecture, APIs, customizations, and integrations.Experience in migration, theme customization, and store setup on BigCommerce or Shopify.Familiarity with cross-functional teams working on SaaS e-commerce platforms.Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or Asana for project tracking.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of e-commerce operations — product catalog, checkout, payments, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.If you're passionate about delivering exceptional e-commerce experiences, we'd love to hear from you],
