, Web APIMust have strong knowledge and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and
angular 13+ (preferable angular 17, 18)Must have strong knowledge and experience with SQL server or equivalent database - writing complex business logic in stored procedures and writing performant queries is required.Must have experience with
TypeScript.Must have understanding and experience with reactive programming and familiarity with
RxJs, NgRxDemonstrated a history of leading teams when required and as excited to work as an individual contributor.Familiarity with unit testing using
C#, nUnit, xUnit or similar.Familiarity with unit testing for Front end
(JavaScript) is a big plus.Must be interested in a long-term engagement.Background in the cloud
(Preferably Azure DevOps)

Essential Functions:
● Lead architecture, design, and development of software applications at abusiness entity level● Design and develop solutions that strictly consider security, scalability, flexibility,reliability, and availability.● Lead and manage multiple Agile development teams' efficiency, productivity, andprocesses.● Demonstrate quantifiable improvements in software products across thebusiness entity through continuous process improvement, able to coach teamsand Dev Leads to yield higher levels of productivity and quality● Work with business, application users and IT development to define and architectrobust and flexible applications and network architecture solutions● Create application-level and enterprise-level architectural documents● Work as part of an Agile development team to solve problems and developprojects in a fast-paced environment.● Mentor and review the work of more junior developers to ensure solutions areappropriate and standards are followed.● Delegate work as needed to ensure even distribution of workload amongst theteam.● Evaluate third-party libraries, software, and vendors as necessary.● Evangelize new technologies to utilize in application development● Participate in technical/architectural governance to define architectural standardsand protocols● Constantly strive to create secure, scalable, easily modifiable, high-qualitytechnical solutions and products that efficiently solve customers' problems andadhere to enterprise architecture and technology strategy.● Maintain excellent, proactive, and transparent communication at allorganizational levels to ensure an environment of learning, collaboration, and thedelivery of high-quality software.● Help to foster company culture values of innovation, passion, accountability,integrity, and respect to deliver service of unequaled excellence.● Work with other architects to drive architectural alignment across divisions● Perform other business tasks or functions as assigned.● On-site or remote regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions ofthe job.
Skills & Abilities Required:
● Adhere to all
PHI (Protected Health Information) and HIPAA
(Health InsurancePortability and Accountability Act) guidelines.● Must have very strong programming experience in modern front-end andback-end development with a focus on Microsoft technology stack.● Must have strong knowledge of modern architecture design patterns andsoftware design practices and tools.● 10+ years of experience with the development, design and architecture ofASP.Net
and C#. Angular applications● Proficient in designing and developing APIs (RESTful, security, documentation,performance, versioning, automation, and quality assurance) and frameworks,ensuring high performance, scalability, and robust integration with varioussystems and platforms.

Must
demonstrate proficiency with the following:
C#, .NET Core & .NET Framework 4.8Azure Cloud ServicesWeb API development & integrationTypescript, JavaScript Frameworks (e.g. Angular, React etc.)Reactive programming and familiarity with RxJs, NgRxSQL server or equivalent database - writing complex business logic in stored procedures and writing performant queriesUnit testing using C#, nUnit, xUnit or similarUnit testing for Front end (JavaScript) is a big plus.
● A thorough understanding of structured programming design techniques andbest-practice design patterns used to create high-quality, robust and readablecode● Experienced in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.● Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and staying focused in dynamic, fast-pacedsettings with shifting priorities.● Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.● Exhibit a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work proactively andefficiently with an appropriate sense of urgency.● Show the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlineswithout compromising quality.● Demonstrate familiarity with Agile principles and “DevOps movement”● Understanding of enterprise design patterns and practices● Microsoft development and database certifications a plus● Actively engage and be receptive to receiving diverse opinions to reach acommon agreement.● Make recommendations to management on improving efficiency or streamliningprocesses.● Discuss any performance deficiencies of a team member with management,including punctuality and attendance issues.● Provide feedback to management-only on Performance Reviews for the team (donot discuss issues directly with employees).● Non-technical attributes:● Able to support development standards● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Self-starter that can work well in a team environment● Proactive issue resolution with a positive attitude
Educational Requirements:
● High School Diploma or equivalent required.● B.S. degree or above in Computer Science or related degree is required● Relevant professional certifications are preferred
