Expanding Sales Teams for SMB GrowthWe are a North America-based startup dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) boost revenue and automate 24/7 support with ease.Our innovative platform connects with over 250 tools, streamlining business operations without requiring a tech team.We're building an India-based outbound sales team to drive growth across the U.S. and Canada.As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging North American SMBs via calls and emails, developing a deep understanding of our solution, and owning your sales pipeline from outreach to booked meetings.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities among North American SMBsDevelop strong product knowledge and effectively communicate its value propositionBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accountsMeet or exceed monthly sales targets by booking qualified meetingsCollaborate with founders on messaging and sales strategyRequirements:1-3 years of experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles, preferably in the U.S. or global marketA passion for sales as a craft, not just a checklistExcellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to handle rejection confidentlyAbility to work independently, take ownership of results, and thrive in an autonomous environmentWhy You'll Thrive Here:You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
