Job Description: About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing renewable energy organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple functions — from onboarding and employee engagement to compliance and performance management — while contributing to a mission-driven company focused on clean energy and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Onboarding process. Act as a first point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters. Support performance management processes, including goal-setting and appraisal coordination. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all statutory and labor laws. Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in renewable energy, engineering, or IT firm. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
