The position of MEP Expert is the key position in these BIDs.Missions/Main DutiesDevelop layouts and specifications for HVAC, electrical distribution, fire detection & suppression, water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems. Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall metro infrastructure. Incorporate modern technologies such as energy-efficient HVAC, LED lighting, and water conservation systems Ensure designs meet Indian and international codes (IS, IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE) and metro rail guidelines. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to validate performance and safety. Provide technical inputs, compliance matrices, and design documentation for bid submission. Review proposals, evaluate technical solutions, and monitor delivery schedules for MEP equipment and services.Profile/SkillsGraduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 25 years of expereince in Railway or Railway related industry Minimum 5 years of expereince in urban rail based passenger carrying system We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
