Email Marketing Executive (Inbound + Outbound)
who is Outbound in terms of Email Outreach, Linkedin Outreach. You must be proficient in Inbound Lead Nurturing and also Outbound Email Outreach.
Responsibilities:Own, Create & Drive the entire strategy for email outreach, lead nurture, and lead generation.Develop and implement an email outreach and nurture calendar for existing leads (leads, customers, and ex-customers) acquired through our website and various channels.Craft and execute an outreach and lead generation strategy for new databases, utilizing a multi-touch point approach that leverages email, social media (LinkedIn messages), and other relevant channels.Build and cultivate Database: Use online tools to build new databases to which messages can be sent.Design and automate marketing flows for engaged and non-engaged contacts, driving lead nurturing and conversions through targeted email sequences.Build and maintain a multi-geo, multi-industry email calendar, creating engaging content that fosters strong contact engagement.Manage all contacts within the CRM, ensuring adherence to best practices and data hygiene.Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot) is a must, with the ability to maintain and optimize data within the platform.Possess strong analytical skills, responsible for tracking and reporting on various email marketing KPIs and overall campaign performance.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (if applicable).Embrace growth hacking principles to leverage email marketing for lead generation and maximize campaign impact.
Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful cold outreach and drip email campaigns.Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM).Experience in Lemlist, Apollo, Gmass.co, Reply.io and/or ZoominfoStrong understanding of email marketing metrics and the ability to analyze campaign performance to drive improvements.Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging email content.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
