The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and overall Salesforce configuration, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.Perform customizations using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Objects/Fields setup.Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, REST/SOAP).Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications.Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure best practices, code quality, and security standards across the platform.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles.Required Skills & Experience6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedulable).Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.Good understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Security Model.Experience with API integration and asynchronous operations.Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, version control (Git), and deployment tools.Salesforce Developer certifications (ADM/PD1/PD2) are a strong plus.Additional DetailsLocation: Hybrid – NoidaJoining: Immediate joiners preferred
