This requires a deep understanding of video production, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.ResponsibilitiesDevelop video concepts and strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.Capture and edit high-quality video footage for various marketing channels.Evaluate video content to ensure consistency, style, tone, and messaging align with brand guidelines.Video ProductionEdit and assemble raw footage, incorporating seamless transitions, clean audio, and compelling visuals.Add graphics, animations, and special effects as needed to enhance video content.Optimize video content for various platforms and devices.Content ManagementOrganize and maintain a library of video assets for easy access and efficient retrieval.Collaborate with team members to manage video files, version control, and project timelines.Quality AssuranceReview and proof video content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding guidelines.Make necessary revisions and improvements based on feedback from stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in film production, digital media, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.Ability to work with graphic design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop proficiently.Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.Strong storytelling and visual storytelling skills.Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.Understanding of marketing principles and ability to convey marketing messages through video.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience with color correction and color grading.Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.Familiarity with video SEO best practices.Basic knowledge of graphic design, 3D modeling, and animation.
