AI/ML Model Development SpecialistJob Description:Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models using Python and Django to drive business growth.We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Model Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the data science team, you will design, develop, and maintain complex AI/ML models that integrate with our production systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deploy high-quality AI/ML models using Python and Django to meet business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production and ensure seamless deployment.Work across domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI to develop real-world solutions.Perform data preprocessing, model training, and performance tuning to ensure optimal results.Automate workflows and implement MLOps practices to ensure robust, reproducible, and efficient ML systems.Requirements:Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in Django and Flask.Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision (TensorFlow/PyTorch, scikit-learn).Familiarity with Generative AI, LangChain, RAG, and LLMs is preferred.Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, API development, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).Experience with MLOps/DevOps tools – Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Git, and Azure.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Others:As an AI/ML Model Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with talented individuals, and contribute to the development of innovative AI/ML solutions.
