Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr BDA / Team Lead - Inside Sales in the field of EdTech Sales at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment) in Delhi, India. The role involves leading a team, managing sales activities, providing customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive sales performance.


  • Should have team handling experience in the education domain.
  • Ensure all the TL's & counsellors should follow the sop’s 2.
  • Will be responsible for handling a team of education counsellors.
  • Responsible for building and managing a healthy relationship with clients. 
  • Will be responsible for handling day-to-day productivity reports.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
  • Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied
  • Ability to take challenges and work in a target driven and result oriented environment.
  • Develop new customers by finding new ways to reach them, asking for referrals, giving satisfying answers to customers, creating trust, and leading by values of the company. Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services. 
  • Preparing & sharing the reports on time Can lead a team
