Designation - Associate Director - Client Operations
Location - Pune / Mumbai
Years of Exp - 6 + Years
Responsibilities -
Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships based on delivering value, quality, and responsiveness.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their objectives are met.
Guides the development of sell-in strategy in partnership with Strategy and Creative teams, pre-conditions the client, and protects the big idea once sold.
Craft and lead strategic media responses, annual planning, and execution discussions with clients.
Oversee the development and maintenance of project tracking systems, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maximize revenue from each client & retention & renewal of client contracts
Provide insights-led solutions for brand challenges through Provocative Planning and other media tools.
Brings smart thinking to the client while operating for agency growth and profitability.
Present a 360-degree media approach, incorporating various digital marketing channels.
Skills -
Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Proven ability to negotiate effectively to secure the best deals for clients.
Experience in advertising / Digital Marketing organization is mandatory.
