Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate CFA Trainer and Curriculum Developer to join our team. This role combines teaching excellence with curriculum development, ensuring our CFA programs are comprehensive, engaging, and aligned with CFA Institute guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and structured training sessions on CFA curriculum topics, covering Levels I, II, and/or III.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop course curricula, lesson plans, and training modules for CFA exam preparation.
- Content Creation: Create and update study materials, practice exams, and supplementary resources to enhance student learning.
- Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide them to excel in the CFA exams.
- Industry Alignment: Ensure course content reflects the latest trends in finance and adheres to CFA Institute standards.
- Mentoring: Inspire and support students by sharing practical insights from the finance industry and guiding them toward success.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with CFA curriculum changes and adapt training content to meet evolving requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CFA Charterholder or progress towards CFA Level III.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training or curriculum development for CFA exams or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts like ethics, portfolio management, equity valuation, and corporate finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective learning content.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
