Location: BangaloreDepartment: Human ResourcesEducation: MBA/PGDM from Tier-1/Tier-2 InstitutesRole Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while also leading and supporting key HR initiatives and projects. This role is both strategic and operational, offering an opportunity to work closely with business leaders and play a critical role in shaping the employee experience.1. Employee Lifecycle ManagementDrive and manage end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities.Ensure seamless onboarding experience and cultural assimilation for new employees.Conduct regular check-ins and stay interviews to improve retention and morale.2. Business PartneringAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.Analyze HR metrics and present insights to support data-driven decision-making.Partner with line managers to build high-performing teams.3. Performance & Talent ManagementDrive the performance review cycle and support managers with feedback and development plans.Support talent management and succession planning efforts.Identify high-potential employees and work with L&D to build growth plans.4. HR Projects & InitiativesLead or contribute to key HR projects such as policy revision, engagement programs, DEI, culture building, and digital HR transformation.Drive initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational goals.5. Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve internal processes.Requirements:MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.1-2 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role.Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in driving HR projects and working with cross-functional teams.What We Offer:A dynamic and inclusive work environmentOpportunities to lead strategic initiatives and grow professionallyCompetitive compensation and benefits
