About the role


As a key member of the Noon Ads Group you will be working on helping build and take to market a suite of extremely exciting and innovative mobile advertising solutions for brands. Advertising business is one of the core pillars and hence a primary focus area for noon.



What you’ll do:


  • Partner primarily will focus on advertisers to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of ads performance on the platform
  • Have hands on experience with Machine learning like forecasting, predictive analytics, clustering, etc
  • Should have applied Machine Learning Algorithms.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders Work with sales and operations team to build automated reporting and business intelligence solutions
  • Conduct Ad-hoc & Deep dive analysis that helps the business better understand key value drivers and growth opportunities
  • Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth
  • Define the data strategy, set up and test hypotheses, design new strategies and algorithms and measure the impact.



What you’ll need:


  • Bachelors’ in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute.
  • 2+Years of experience in relevant roles. E-tail/Consumer internet experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
  • Strong bias for Action - noon works at a very rapid pace
  • Hands on experience in using Python, SQL, Excel in a business environment with large -scale, complex data sets.
  • Should have worked on cloud-based platform like GCP, Azure or AWS.
