We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Mutual Fund office executive to join our team


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at ARPY ASSET PRIVATE LTD. The Back Office Executive primary responsibility will be to manage all back office operations related to Mutual Fund & Insurance


Qualifications

·       Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills

·       Strong communication skills

·       Comprehensive understanding of Mutual Funds , folios ,AMC and the KYC process

·       Should be familiar with terms like SIP, STP , SWP & how mutual fund transaction works

·       Should be efficient in working software like Investwell Mint & NSE NMF Platform

·       Strong communication skills with proficiency in English & Hindi

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

·       Attention to detail and accuracy in work

·       Experience in the finance industry is a plus


Key Responsibilities

·      Order Processing : Handles Purchase . redemption and switch orders using the NMF Platform ( Training will be provided if necessary )

·      Portfolio Management : Manage mutual funds portfolio software , conduct AUM reconciliation and update clients on their orders

·      Coordination : Liaise with RTAs, AMCs, and exchange to ensure smooth day to day operations

·      Sending reminders to clients about their insurance premium dues

·      Client Support : Address and resolve client complaints promptly ,ensuring adherence to TAT ( Turnaround Time )

·      Client Documentation: All documents need to be saved in Google Drive and updated every day



Additional Information


·      Office - based role : This is a back office position with no travel required

·      Working Hours : Monday to Saturday ( 9:30 am to 6:30 pm )

·      Location : Kolkata Dalhousie Area

Salary & Benefits

For Freshers : 1.80 lakh to 2.2 lakh per annum ( based on skills & knowledge)

For Experienced: ( 1-3 yrs ) 2.4 lakh to 2.80 lakh per annum
