Executive Technical Architect for AI and AutomationThe role requires an individual with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying complex AI and automation systems. The successful candidate will lead the technology and IP layer across Blitz's emerging product portfolio, from SaaS automation to skilling and training.Key Responsibilities:Architecting systems that are technically sound, patent-ready, and commercially deployable.Supervising prototype builds across AI, data, and cloud stacks.Crafting shared tech frameworks, documentation, and DevOps hygiene across the portfolio.Liaising with patent attorneys for technical drafting and claims clarity.This is a unique opportunity to build and own patentable products under the Blitz umbrella. As an executive technical architect, you will influence both engineering depth and practical utilization by enterprises and businesses.You will be part of a lean, credible environment with world-class mentorship. Your focus will be on cutting-edge execution and IP creation, as well as influencing research, writing, and community leadership in applied AI and automation.Requirements:A PhD or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering).Demonstrated excellence in AI and automation, with a strong track record of shipping MVPs or leading small engineering pods.Fluency in machine learning, deep learning, gen AI, and agentic AI.10-15 years of experience in data, AI, product, or software engineering, preferably in a start-up environment.Proven ability to operationalize open-source AI tools and work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and API-based architecture.Please note that this is a part-time opportunity, approximately 10 hours per week, with flexible remote work arrangements. There is no fixed remuneration, but equity, patent co-inventorship, and brand visibility within the Blitz ecosystem are offered.
