Job OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Automation Test Lead to spearhead our testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing automated tests for web and mobile applications using Selenium and BDD frameworks.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API projects* Collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality and meet requirements* Identify and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them* Stay current with new testing tools and technologiesRequirements & SkillsFor this role, we require candidates with a strong background in functional requirement gathering, automation, and software development. Specifically:* Minimum 8 years of functional requirement gathering experience* At least 8+ years of experience in Selenium BDD automation* Proficiency in Cucumber with at least 4+ years of experience* Strong knowledge of Core Java with at least 6+ years of experience* Experience in API automation with at least 4 years (Karate or Rest Assured)* Familiarity with Git with at least 1 year of experienceOther Desirable Skills:* Experience with automation framework implementation* Knowledge of Gradle/Maven* Familiarity with Jenkins* Postman experience* Database testing experience
