DescriptionRole:1. Develop new and expand existing, HNI Customer relationships for Priority Business by in-depth profiling of the client to identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by Kotak Group2. Generate business across liabilities, assets and fee products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and client stickiness3. Formulate and implement the sales plan to acquire new HNI clients and increase the customer base4. Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience 5. Use investment expertise to conduct client portfolio reviews and showcase products as per clients requirementsEnsure client contactability at all times though regular connect with them in weekly/ monthly calls6. Resolve client queries for the managed book within the specified TAT7. Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clientsEndure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all timesJob Requirement:1. Aptitude to deliver high quality customer service by using organization and interpersonal skills2. Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership 3. Ability to work under pressure4. Perform regular portfolio reviews and present investment options aligned with client goals. Maintain consistent client engagement through weekly/monthly calls and meetings. Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding. Organize and participate in special sales initiatives, client events, and engagement activities. Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines in all client interactions. Continuously identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase wallet share and client stickiness.
