Position Title: Marketing Automation role

Experience Level: 5-8 years

Duration: Full Time

Location: Pune/ Mumbai

Office timings: 1 pm to 10 pm / 2 pm to 11 pm

Budget: 22 L (fixed + retirals) max


Mandatory: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not developer)

Good to have: Oracle, Adobe, Marketo


Keywords: Automate campaigns, lead generation, email campaigns, personalization, web, SMS, OMNI channel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and/or marketing operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Hands on experience with SFMC marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms to build workflows, create email marketing campaigns, and deepen customer engagement
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights that inform campaign optimization and strategy
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
