The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing within Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate features, identify bugs, and ensure seamless user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and understand Salesforce system requirements and business processes.Design and execute detailed manual test cases for Salesforce applications.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Validate data migration processes and ensure data integrity.Test Experience Cloud interfaces for usability, navigation, and security.Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or TestRail.Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and verify fixes.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.Provide regular status updates and test reports to project stakeholders.Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, specifically within Salesforce environments.Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Experience in testing data migration and user interfaces.Familiarity with validation rules, flows, process builders, and Lightning components.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills:Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.Exposure to API testing and ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica is beneficial
