We are looking for a Branch Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, governing and executing the product vision, roadmap and end-to-end strategy for our comprehensive Branch Automation platform.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis or product management within financial services, branch automation, teller systems or large-scale enterprise software platforms.Key responsibilities include:Communicating the product vision, strategy and go-to-market approach for our Branch Automation platformDriving the Branch UX Modernization agenda to ensure teller screens provide modern workflows, dual-monitor support, accessibility compliance, rapid navigation and performance improvementsOwning, prioritizing and regularly updating the product backlog, focusing on high-value branch automation features and modulesManaging the Migration & Version Upgrade Roadmap for our platform to ensure seamless adoption across banks while maintaining backward compatibility and minimizing operational disruptionSuitable candidates will have solid knowledge of .NET Framework, software architecture fundamentals, API design patterns and enterprise integration practices.They will also be hands-on with Azure services (AppService, Azure SQL, Event Hub, Key Vault, API Management), cloud deployment models, security practices and observability tools.Achieving this role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to guide development teams in adopting resilience patterns and secure coding standards.In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product lifecycle execution.We offer a range of benefits, including a Performance-Linked Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package, Remote Work Support, Health Insurance, Care Program and Online Psychological Support.We are a global technology company with expertise in the Financial Services industry, aiming to enable financial institutions to become digital leaders.
