Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Indapur, India. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards and local regulations.Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenancePrepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with Indian accounting standardsImplement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assetsMonitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and statementsEstablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principlesCoordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processEnsure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including GST requirements specific to IndapurProvide financial analysis and recommendations to management to drive informed business decisionsCollaborate with team members and other departments to streamline financial processesStay up-to-date with changes in Indian financial regulations and accounting standardsAssist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns and statutory reports QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting rolesStrong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and GST regulationsFamiliarity with local tax regulations specific to Indapur, IndiaProficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective time management and planning capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset and ability to work well in a teamKnowledge of regional business practices and financial reporting requirementsDemonstrated ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and accounting practices Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
