Now, we’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our talented team in Chandigarh and help us create world-class digital experiences.

The Opportunity

Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for user-centered design? As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll take the lead in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications. You’ll also mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, while working closely with our global teams, developers, and product owners to deliver exceptional solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the design of high-quality, user-centric experiences for our clients across diverse industries.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to translate user stories into intuitive and functional designs.
- Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends and ensure Talink remains an industry leader in UX/UI design.

What You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and guiding junior designers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
